Food Glorious Food is a series of 6 month projects funded by Awards for All (the Big Lottery Fund), delivered by Devon Development Education, in partnership with the Real Food Store, Love Local Food. and other local real food providers.

Working with a range of primary schools in Exeter and the surrounding area, the project has supported the schools to set up and run ‘Glorious Food Groups’ (GFG’s). The Groups act as hubs for the wider community, bringing people together and strengthening communities through collective engagement in food-related activities.

This directory collates details of food producers which your Glorious Food Group could visit or invite into school. The first section contains details of producers with whom we have been in touch, and who have confirmed they are happy to offer school visits. The second section includes suggestions of further producers who may be able to offer a suitable visit. We have not heard from these producers, so you will need to investigate further yourself.
